What I collect
Your email address when you request the free guide. When you buy, checkout is handled by Gumroad, which processes your payment details; I receive your name, email and purchase details, not your card number. If enabled, analytics and advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok) collect anonymous usage data through cookies.
How I use it
To send you the free guide, deliver your purchase, send occasional emails about digital products (including paid offers), answer support requests, and measure which content and ads work.
Who it's shared with
Service providers that run this site: MailerLite (email), Gumroad (checkout and delivery), Lovable (hosting), and, if enabled, Meta and TikTok (ad measurement). I never sell your data.
Your rights
Unsubscribe from any email with one click. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing assafsimantovd@gmail.com. If you're in the EU/UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data authority.
How long I keep it
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as tax rules require.

By buying or downloading any guide, you agree to these terms.
License
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the guides for your own business. You may not resell, share, republish or give away the guides or any part of them.
Educational content
The guides are for education only and are not legal, tax or financial advice. You're responsible for following the rules of any platform you sell on, including Etsy's policies, and for respecting other sellers' intellectual property.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
Refund Policy
Because every guide is an instant digital download that you can access and keep as soon as you pay, all sales are final and no refunds are given.
The only exceptions: if a file is broken or doesn't match its description, email assafsimantovd@gmail.com and I'll fix it or send a working copy. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
Where a refund does apply, it goes back to the original payment method through Gumroad.
Earnings Disclaimer
Any sales figures, screenshots or examples on this site are my own results from my own shop. They are not typical, and they are not a promise or guarantee that you will earn any money.
Results depend on many things outside my control, including your product, your effort, your skills, your market and platform changes. Many people who buy business guides make little or no money. Treat any income goal as uncertain, and never invest money you can't afford to lose.

Trademarks. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This site and its guides are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Etsy, Inc. Other brand names belong to their owners.
AI-generated images. The character illustrations on this site and in my videos are AI-generated.
Affiliate links. Some links in the guides and on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. I only recommend tools I use myself, and recommendations are never paid placements.
